Inspire Church, Worship Facility, Kapoili, HI

Inspire Church in Kapolei will soon have a new permanent house of worship. Formerly located in a strip mall, the church is embarking on an exciting project to construct a brand new facility on undeveloped land. This expansive space will encompass all the necessities for a thriving church community, including designated areas for parking, a welcoming sanctuary, essential restrooms, and a truly unique open facility. This open space will cleverly double as an indoor sports complex with the addition of four courts measuring 30'x60' each. This innovative design promises to foster not only spiritual growth but also physical activity and community engagement within the church walls. Given Hawaii's tropical climate and high humidity, the metal underwent a special galvanization process to enhance its corrosion resistance and extend its lifespan.

Stepping up as the PEMB (pre-engineered metal building) experts for the AOR team, RPM Team navigated a first-time PEMB project for the client. RPM’s expertise ensured optimal HVAC placement, maximized interior space for hanging utilities, and balanced clear height with building width. RPM meticulously planned framing sections to accommodate massive Schweiss doors without compromising column strength. Throughout construction, RPM became the bridge between the factory (STAR) and the GC/CM team, streamlining communication and managing all administrative tasks.
