  • Richard Renard, CEO, Founder

    Fascinated by manufacturing systems, Richard spent over 40 years in the automotive industry and 20 years in manufacturing with expertise in aluminum. After a successful career, Richard turned his focus to the nonprofit sector where his passion for homeless services grew. Since then, Richard has spent 20 years partnering with cities to come up with homeless solutions and community engagement projects; he currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for Victory Mission in Salinas, CA. When David came to him with the idea of starting RPM Team, Richard knew it was an avenue for change. With strong leadership skills, Richard helps our team stay focused on the task ahead of us and ensures our manufacturer network executes our quality assurance procedures. Additionally, his ability to communicate with prospective clients, partners, and coworkers alike is a valuable asset for RPM.

  • David Renard, COO, President

    As a highly efficient project manager with expertise in design and manufacturing systems, David is a valuable leader at RPM Team. For seven years, David ran West Coast operations for Sprung Structures, the world’s fastest building manufacturer, then led an executive role at a structural engineering firm leading it to become Inc 5000's fastest growing engineering firm for 2019, #238 fastest growing private company in the US. During that time, he developed a passion for lowering homeless shelter construction costs and implementing design practices that accelerate time-sensitive projects. He saw the need for a design firm that partners with manufacturers to produce higher quality results and a quicker turnaround time - inspiring the creation of RPM Team. David loves working with family and alongside people he knows and trusts. Outside of work, he sits on the board for the Society of American Military Engineers taking a role as their Program Manager, and enjoys taking trips to Lake Tahoe.

  • Dimitri Lacevik, PE, CTO

    Dimitri has over 15 years of industry experience in structural, civil, and municipal engineering. He started working for government agencies regulating and managing construction and capital improvement projects and later transitioned to the private sector. As a licensed engineer, he brings technical expertise in creating structural and civil designs with special knowledge of temporary structures. He loves the camaraderie of RPM, which enables our team to bring large projects from conception to completion in record time. Dimitri spends his free time raising his two daughters, fishing, hiking, and enjoying nature.

  • Will Waters, Principal

    Will has worked in Commercial Real Estate Development and Analysis, Project Management, and Construction Management for over 10 years. With analytical, estimating, and scheduling expertise, Will plays a critical role in ensuring that RPM Team delivers rapid program management™ and premium results. As a disciplined and sincere team player, Will appreciates and helps foster RPM’s atmosphere of care, support, and dedicated hard work. In his free time, he plays and watches soccer, goes on walks with his wife Siulin and dog Bishop, and creates music on his guitar.

  • Rick Van Diepen, AIA, Principal Architect

    Rick brings a unique perspective to the RPM team with his diverse design and project management background. He is passionate about crafting impactful designs focused on sustainability and homelessness. As a LEED and NCARB certified architect, some of his projects have included $250 million budgets with large-scale renewable energy systems. Having worked with RPM personnel for over six years, we are grateful for Rick’s selective approach to each project. On the weekends, Rick can be found playing games with his wife and two daughters or enjoying pickleball with friends.

  • Jan Renard, Marketing

    With over 20 years of experience in education, Jan is passionate about community development and sustainable change. When RPM came into focus in 2018, Jan was inspired by the solutions-based program management and tangible benefits that the firm offered to the community around her. With exceptional task-delegation, leadership, and prioritization skills, she is a valuable addition to our team assisting with RPM's marketing efforts. In her free time, Jan enjoys working on her garden, playing golf, and spending any minute she can with her adorable grandchildren.

    Cruz Avila, Homeless operations and programs consultant

    Cruz Avila has over 21 years of non-profit experience - ranging in extensive project management, economic development, programs and social services. Passionate about mental health and caring for people experiencing homelessness, Cruz has collaborated with a broad range of agencies to provide clients with access to counseling and housing. Additionally, he was CEO for Poverello House, where he managed a $3 million budget, 37 employees, and a temporary overnight shelter for men and women. As RPM Team’s Homeless Operations and Programs Consultant, Cruz offers valuable insight and expertise to our firm. Currently working towards his Marriage and Family Therapy License, Cruz spends his free time enjoying the outdoors with his beautiful wife Tanya and their daughter Tatiana.

  • Will Denecke, Project Manager

    Will has worked in urban planning and real estate development for over 20 years. With extensive project management experience working with engineers, architects, and state officials, he is a valuable addition to our team. Will was introduced to RPM Team while a consultant to Oregon's first homeless navigation center. Throughout the project, Will saw the benefits of rapid response housing proposals and working with RPM colleagues, came to appreciate RPM’s turnkey approach to development. A few years later, he joined the firm as an independent consultant. Will's creative problem-solving skills and strategic business solutions are invaluable to RPM. In his free time, he loves hiking, traveling, and exploring new areas of the world.

  • Baska Baasanbold, Design Engineer

    Baska is an essential member of the RPM team, responsible for developing pre-project, design, and working documentation for the technological parts of the project. He is also responsible for developing specifications and filling out questionnaires for equipment. Additionally, Baska performs mathematical modeling of processes and carries out verification calculations, ensuring that the project is executed flawlessly. Baska's attention to detail and meticulous work ethic make him a valuable asset to the team. In his free time, Baska is an avid reader and passionate learner with a keen interest in history, particularly old war history. He also loves spending time in the mountains and enjoys fishing.

  • Ilfat Ziganshin, Design Engineer

    Ilfat’s background blends a strong foundation in structural engineering with a keen eye for design aesthetics. He is fluent in the language of building codes and calculations, and also speaks the language of light, flow, and proportion. This unique combination allows Ilfat to approach each project with both technical precision and artistic sensibility. Ilfat is passionate about sustainable design and strongly believes in creating spaces that enrich lives and leave a lasting impact on the world. He spends time with his young family and plays soccer in a league on the weekends.

  • Romeo Limatoc, Outreach

    Romeo, a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and experience in a Bachelor of Laws, has spent several years honing his expertise in customer service, sales, and data entry. His work experience includes roles such as Customer Service Representative for Concentrix CVG Inc, Sales Representative for Home Improvement and Housing Loans, Data Entry for the National Statistics Office, and Law Office Staff for Zaballero Law Office. Romeo’s ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients has earned him a reputation as a valuable asset to any team. His passion for community engagement and his experience in handling customer service and sales make him a perfect fit for RPM Team. With his strong leadership skills and excellent communication, Romeo’s presence in the team will be invaluable for RPM, as he works to deliver exceptional communication with prospective clients, partners, and coworkers alike.

  • L.A. Banal, Project Coordinator

    L.A. is a Project Coordinator and has earned certifications from Google, HubSpot, and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign via Coursera in Digital Marketing Specialization. Her responsibility is to ensure the smooth flow of projects from inception to completion. L.A. has experience in writing as a web content writer and ghostwriter for fictional stories. With a passion for organization and problem-solving, she is excited to contribute to RPM’s mission and vision of providing efficiency and accessibility to serve society.

  • Anton Limerenko, Design Engineer

    Anton Limerenko brings a blend of structural expertise, design ingenuity, and a social conscience to our team. As a design engineer, he plays a key role in drafting and providing structural engineering solutions for our projects.

    Anton's dedication extends beyond technical proficiency. He is a passionate advocate for strong design principles that prioritize sustainability. This commitment is evident not only in his professional work but also in his personal pursuits. When he's not engrossed in the latest issue of MIT Technology Review, you might find him using his 3D printer to create innovative and eco-friendly toys for his nieces and nephews.

  • Siulin Waters, Secretary

    Siulin helps maintain the team’s structure with her invaluable record management and organizational skills. She is entrusted with managing reconciliation activities, coordinating tax filings, and serving as the point person and facilitator for year-end audits. In addition, Siulin is a supporting account manager in daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Her focus, clarity, and attention to detail help operations run smoothly and efficiently. Siulin carries her skills over from her professional background as a schoolteacher for 5 years. She sets the example for passion, professionalism, and integrity.
