Kairos Power

RPM Team’s contribution on this project includes the construction of a pair of core-and-shell tension membrane buildings. The Kairos Power Southwest (KP-SW) facility is located in Albuquerque, NM, and it’s Modular Systems building will be approximately 30,000 ft2. When complete, the property will be used for manufacturing equipment, as well as for general operations and offices. The TRISO Development Lab will be approximately 21,200 ft2 and will be used for future laboratory spaces. RPM managed all design disciplines and project management.
