Respiro

RPM Team completed the program management for this 6,300 square foot facility for Human Services Camp Inc. in the heart of Phoenix. Respiro, which translates to “The Respite,” is a 100-bed overnight shelter facility for individuals experiencing homelessness living on the streets surrounding the structure.

A $1.6 million project, “Respiro will provide critically important respite for 100 people experiencing homelessness now living on the streets outside the Human Services Campus, a number that has increased significantly since the onset of the pandemic,” HSC Executive Director says.
