Saint Harlan's Animal Rescue

An animal rescue center in the Napa Area in need of upgrading its facilities turned to RPM for project management. They were seeking turnkey results, including 15 36’ x 60’ offices equipped with windows that would allow potential adopters to observe the animals. The project scope encompassed engineering, building, and safety submittal, PG/E submittal, and site utilities, making it a comprehensive undertaking.
