Triple Crown Steel

The Triple Crown Steel project is revolutionizing residential construction with a unique approach, Light Gauge Steel (LGS). The project as seen in the photos below is a large house kit made completely from light gauge steel. Light Gauge Steel, also known as cold-formed steel, is a champion of strength and weight. This translates to easy handling on-site, eliminating the need for heavy machinery. Furthermore, its lightweight nature makes transportation a breeze, opening doors for construction in remote locations like Hawaii.

Utilizing our manufacturing-led design process, we created a cost-effective, pre-designed, Light Gauge Steel kit home. LGS projects enjoy predictable costs thanks to standardized components, and streamlined scheduling for general contractors.

The use of cold form rolling machines like Audiss, FrameCad, and Pinacle LGS further streamlines the process, converting structural designs into software-driven kits with clearly labeled components. Traditionally used for mid-rise and high-rise metal stud panels, RPM Team is utilizing this technology for residential construction. The software directs the cold form rolling machine to create a kit with clearly labeled parts for each section of the house.

Our successful projects in Hawaii, California, and Texas showcase the versatility and potential of LGS for residential construction. This project represents a smarter way to build, offering efficiency, predictability, and ease of construction, ultimately setting a new standard for residential projects.
